Shipping, Processing, and Order Deadlines

  • Latest Order Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time, New York)
  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 days, executed on: Monday–Friday
  • Delivery Time: 5-8 business days, shipped Monday–Friday
  • Shipping Costs: Free US shipping over $50

Cancellation of the Order

Your order will be fully refunded if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at info@chicaveus.com if you decide to cancel the order. Once orders have been dispatched, the order cannot be changed.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be created. Please provide an accurate email address if you wish to track your order. While creating an account is not required, it will make tracking the package easier. You can track your package here .

Address/Phone Change

If you wish to change the telephone number or address provided when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at +1 347-551-0730 before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to change the details. In such cases, you can request a return and place the order again.

Order Cannot Be Tracked

If you experience any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. If your order does not arrive after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@chicaveus.com.
